Russian Armed Forces division owned by Lions [RAF] Russian Training Department [ABOUT] The Russian Training Department are members of the Russian Armed Forces who's task is to train new members coming into the armed forces group. RTD specializes in Leading the Russian Troops to fight for there country. [MEMBERSHIP] To become a member of Training Department watch for tryouts in comms. [DRESS PROTOCOL] You must wear a proper uniform while on duty, if you can afford a uniform buy it in the group store. Your avatar must have a realistic skin tone, face, and no package. Not complying with these protocols will result in being exiled from RTD.
