[-] Events and Recruitment Department [-] EnRD is responsible for both the events and recruitment that takes place within Freshwater Correctional Facility. > They are tasked with monitoring, planning and expanding the growth of the community. > They are tasked with the planning and execution of community events such as gamenights. > They are further tasked with the engagement off the community. Helping Leadership improve the community and it's engagement via new ideas etc. [-] HOW TO JOIN [-] In order to join this department, you must firstly be in FCFs communications server and group. Once this is completed and you are verified, you should check #department-applications in order to apply for this position. Upon completion, you will be offered the opportunity to progress through the ranks with a gateway to being a high rank within FCF. You must further show activity, willingness, commitment and determination whilst performing the duties set as a EnRD member.
