San Valencia, TO 1/13/12 San Valencia is a small city of 4,500 residents (As of 1995 Census) located in northern San Valencia County, Tocoma, United States. San Valencia is one of the oldest cities in the county and, on August 28th, 1785, was the fifteenth city in Tocoma to incorporate. San Valencia is a fictional small rural town in Northern Tocoma that features a lot of mountains, dense forests, wild life, and breath taking views.
