The People's Police of The People's Republic of China Formed in 1949, the People's Police is the civilian police force of the People's Republic of China. Not to be confused with the paramilitary unit named the People's Armed Police. The People's Police is the Law Enforcement of the PRC while also maintaining Social Stability within the country. The majority of national police forces are under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Security. Not to be confused with the Ministry of State Security. The People's Police has many branches and offers many opportunities for officers while they serve the PRC.
