Description
The Dragon Ministry was created for wizards that harnest the power, control, and communicate with dragons. To get a dragon to ride you must have a bond with it. This is how you know your dragon has a bond with you... It will try to kill you. To capture a dragon you must show you are not afraid and stand up to it. Once you have intimmadated it, it will back down and it is yours. The Dragon Ministry is for the Dragon Wizards to fight along side their dragons.
