Description
The Chaos Insurgency is a global, anomalous insurgency consisting of millions of people worldwide. Founded in 19XX, the Insurgency was once a well known and powerful anomalous organization, famous for its violent tendencies and unmatched raiding techniques. However, in 200X the former Insurgency fell, having lost all of its major territories and leaders to the likes of the Foundation. The Insurgency was left scattered and uncared for, until it was picked up by a little known protesting group, before fledging into the massive rebel army we know today. Once again the Insurgency's banner flies high over the heads of its loyal soldiers, striking the fear of the Red Right Hand back into the soul of the Foundation. "ONLY IN DEATH DOES THY HAND LOWER" Entry into TCI is held through applications. You can find more information in the main Communications Server, found below.
