The BaCaBiAn Project No one knows what it's for, seriously. Barney just made it up one day and even CTS can't figure it out. The name "BaCaBian" derives from: Barney The Dinosaur (The King of China), Cardi B (The Queen of China), Billy (The prince of China), An4rth Dyl4n J. (The second prince of China). Leetspeak was utilized for the last figure because Roblox thinks he's not fictional.
