Welcome to Ministry Of Death Eaters also known as MODE. The group primarily consisted of wizards and witches who practiced the Dark Arts with reckless abandon and without regard to or fear of the law. MODE is an oligarchy ruled by the Dark Lord and his Dark Council. This group has been "revived" by a1etheia, who formally owns the group but does not run it.
