While they’re known for extortion, gambling dens, and underground protection rackets, the Kurokawa-kai also prides itself on keeping order in its territory—claiming to protect those who live under their shadow. - Present Day Now led by Daichi Kurokawa, son of the founder, the Black River Family stands at a crossroads—balancing tradition with the need to adapt to a changing criminal landscape.
