Description
Genoa is a prosperous and powerful city-state, located on the northwestern coast of Italy. Its strategic location along the Mediterranean has made it a major center of commerce and trade. Genoa played a significant role in the Crusades, providing ships, soldiers, and supplies for the Holy armies. The republic is governed by the Doge Ozella of Genoa. Despite facing threats from rival city-states, pirates, and heretical powers, Genoa continues to thrive, maintaining its status as a major maritime power throughout Europe.
