Welcome to The City of Novakia! Located in Krakow, Poland, we are a very silly group with very silly people, but we do take things very seriously! We do have a military, but we do not use it much as we don’t want to have wars often as we are peaceful! We have some rule so uh, follow them! -Holidays!- Mar 25 - Anniversary -Laws- -Do not talk bad about other ranks. -Do not war without any reasoning. -Do not beg for higher ranks. -Do not insult for no reason. -All raids without an enemy do not count. -Do not insult any other rank.
