Description
In the 16th century, the Kingdom of Bohemia was taken under control of the Habsburg dynasty of Austria. The Austrians desired to culturally assimilate the Bohemians to turn them into a Germanic nation in the HRE. The assimilation would last 300 years until the beginning of the Napoleonic wars, which saw the end of the Holy Roman Empire. The Hungarian uprising of 1848 succeeded and with the fall of the HRE, Austria saw itself in a tough situation losing its major power status. The sudden death of ####### ###### in 1855 saw a Bohemian Monarch be placed in the throne. This made Bohemian influence inevitably rise. Many we're not pleased with the reign of a non-Habsburg Monarch and planned riots in major cities, but they we're to no avail. The Bohemian monarch would steady relations with the Bavarian Kingdom and desired a peaceful union between the 3 states. Although this was opposed by the North German Confederation, in #### ### ##### was officially declared, the new Kingdom of Malsia.
