The force was formed in 1809 in response to the formation of the Grande Armée during the French Revolutionary Wars. 👑 𝐅Ü𝐑 𝐃𝐀𝐒 𝐅𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃! 👑 The corps was made up of Austrian and Hungarian soldiers who were experienced in fighting against Napoleon and his armies. The Ereste Corps was trained and equipped to a high standard, and was considered to be one of the most effective fighting forces in the Austrian military. 🌿 𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐑𝐇𝐀! 🌿
