MTF TITAN - 2 (“Red Titans”) is a highly classified Strategic Task Force directly overseen by the Foundation’s highest authorities. Unlike standard Mobile Task Forces, TITAN - 2 does not focus on field recovery or public containment. Their primary purpose is the protection of Foundation leadership and the elimination of internal existential threats. Primary Responsibilities Protecting the O5 Council during major containment breaches, internal coups, or hostile incursions. Acting as armed security for high-level Ethics Committee members during inspections and classified hearings. Responding to anomalies capable of infiltrating Foundation command structures. Recovering compromised Foundation assets from “black site” incidents. Neutralizing rogue Foundation personnel, hostile MTF units, or entities targeting leadership. Securing classified vaults, Council bunkers, and emergency evacuation routes. Reputation Inside the Foundation Most Foundation personnel never see TITAN - 2 directly.
