BCRDA is a multi-racial Bruneian developer group created by the most dumb brain people you ever seen. (jk, we delay stuff cuz we're busy) The community consist of mainly students that are still learning how to do almost anything. BCRDA mission is to aim to spread Chinese culture from Brunei to the digital world, knowing the ethnic cultural bonding the country.
