Globαl Occult Coalitionへようこそ GOCは、人類文明を脅かす“異常”そのものを根絶することを目的とした、 多国連合による軍事的・超常的対処組織である。 彼らは財団のように異常を“収容”することを良しとしない。 GOCの理念はただ一つ── 「異常は排除すべき敵である」 財団が異常を管理し世界の均衡を保とうとする一方、 GOCはその均衡すら破壊してでも異常を完全に消滅させる道を選ぶ。 その思想は時に過激で、 時に無慈悲であり、 施設に対する襲撃や財団職員の拉致・破壊工作すら辞さない。 彼らから見れば、 財団は “異常を隠匿し保護する危険組織” であり、 AREA-0428 もまた “破壊すべき標的の一つ” に過ぎない。 GOCの兵士は徹底した軍事訓練と異常排除の思想に染まり、 対財団作戦においては 容赦のない力と合理性 をもって行動する。 その存在は、財団にとって “最大の外敵” であり、“常に襲いくる現実的脅威” である。 昇格方法は未定です
