中國人民解放軍陸軍，簡稱為解放軍陸軍、中國陸軍，是中華人民共和國的陸上武裝力量，也是中國人民解放軍的第一軍種與主體軍事力量。 從其前身中國工農紅軍自成立之時起，該軍隊在中國共產黨與中華人民共和國歷史上就發揮重要影響力，並在抗日戰爭、國共內戰、韓戰、中越戰爭等歷次戰爭中發揮關鍵作用。 2015年12月31日，中國人民解放軍陸軍領導機構正式成立。目前，解放軍陸軍由5個戰區陸軍、13個合成軍團構成。每個戰區下設2至3個軍團，駐紮在國家的特定地區。軍團包括3萬至6萬兵力，由不同師和旅級部隊構成，另外還包括支援部隊。預備役部隊受控於省政府，用於協助保護邊境安全，隨時等候徵召，應對自然災害。13個新組建軍團與各戰區陸軍之間的隸屬關係是：第71、72、73軍團隸屬東部戰區陸軍，第74、75軍團隸屬南部戰區陸軍，第76、77軍團隸屬西部戰區陸軍，第78、79、80軍團隸屬北部戰區陸軍，第81、82、83軍團隸屬中部戰區陸軍。截止到2017年12月，全軍團以上建制單位減少1000多個，正師級以上機構減少200多個。
