Description
staff rules 1. invite people to sit with the staff. its not a sacred place. 2 include EVERYONE no matter who they are or where they come from. 3. be welcoming and kind to shoppers even if they're strangers. we want a hospitable mall environment at all times. 4. if someone is in the wrong team, politely ask them to change teams. if asked why, answer truthfully. 5. when a gifter appears, note their name in clan chat so all staff members have an eye on them in case of scamming, 6. clan chat is STRICTLY for noting down possible scammers or other things of importance. every other conversation will be in all chat so anyone can include themselves. 7. don't spam ads. take time in between them because no one likes wall spamming!! 8. if an argument were to form, separate the people and shoo crowds away. 9. if someone is banned, please tell people to go back to normal and avoid discussing it in all chat. 10. do group ads for at least 10 minutes every saturday.
