If you are unable to make it to practice for any reason, please also message in the group as well. IT IS POSSIBLE FOR PRACTICE TO BE CANCELLED FROM TIME TO TIME!! PRACTICE TIMES ARE: Elite team practice- Fridays & Mondays 3:15 pm est Black team practice- Saturdays 12:00 pm est & Thursdays 3:00 pm est Teal team practice: Wednesdays & Tuesdays 3:00 pm In training team practice: Sundays 11 am est.
