SERPENT EXTERNAL AFFAIRS ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Serpent External Affairs (SEA) is responsible for managing diplomacy between various factions and coordinating operations that represent the Serphent's Hand. Pursuing relations with factions that share common interests, SEA upholds the value of the Serpent's Hand and projects them into its work with other factions. The movement will cooperate with those who are alike in its goal.
