Welcome to Octavinelle Dorm, made after the Sea witch's Spirit of Benevolence. New students welcome, get settled in the rooms you have been assigned. Everyone else please go about your day as normal. The rules will be explained shortly. Rule #1 You are required to act orderly while in the Lounge or Dorm Rule #2 Every student is required to work at the lounge at some point Rule #3 Respect those who are higher then you. Freshman are to respect those above them. Same goes for Sophomore and Junior Rule #4 It is recommended to listen to your housewarden and vice-housewarden. But alas, I cannot force you to do anything.
