Description
The Chaos Insurgency is mainly built on former personnel of the SCP Foundation who went A.W.O.L. with several SCPs. The Chaos Insurgency, unlike the Foundation, which "stores" its SCPs in locked chambers, aims at attempting to utilize the SCPs to its advantage, mainly these SCPs, which are objects with unique anomalous properties that can be exploited to give the upper hand against others.
