While the Foundation operates to protect humanity from anomalous threats, the Committee ensures that its methods remain necessary, justified, and accountable. Their purpose is not to make containment easier, but to ensure it remains humane whenever possible. ★〔𝗘𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧〕 Committee personnel review Foundation operations, oversee disciplinary actions, investigate misconduct, and evaluate containment procedures.
