Pacifica State #183107783
Description
The State of Pacifica was established along the southern coast of the present-day United States of Fredon by settlers in November 1777. However, European presence in the region dates back to 1542, when expeditions of the Spanish Empire first explored the coastline and established early settlements. Following decades of territorial development and governance, Pacifica was officially admitted as a state on September 9, 1850, becoming a full member of the United States of Fredon. Pacifica encompasses a diverse range of natural landscapes, including mountain ranges, rivers, and coastal plains. The Pacific Coast divide and surrounding geographic features play a significant role in shaping the state's natural boundaries. The state is administratively divided into five counties: the County of Cabrillo, Santa Catalina County, Union County, Jefferson County, and Bear County. The capital of Pacifica is the City of Cabrillo, in the County of Cabrillo.
