Description
Division 9 is a Japanese scientific group whose sole aim was to conduct secret biological, chemical, and supernatural warfare research for the Empire of Japan during World War II using Element 115. Acting as the Pacific counterpart to Germany's Group 935, their ultimate goal was to create unstoppable biological weapons to secure victory for the Axis powers.
