OMNI AGENCY #191055393
Description
O.M.N.I (Observation, Manipulation, Neural Isolation) is a classified programme conducted within Facility E-19, an underground complex that officially does not exist. Designed to observe, manipulate and isolate the human mind, O.M.N.I does not pursue healing, but control through adaptation. Individuals deemed irrecoverable by society are transferred to the facility and registered as experimental subjects, where every emotional response, cognitive deviation and sign of resistance is systematically monitored. Through prolonged isolation, sensory distortion and enforced neural conditioning, subjects have their identities dismantled and replaced with numerical designations. Those who comply are preserved as operational units; those who resist are categorised as unstable. When a subject can no longer be conditioned, the final protocol is initiated, resulting in total cognitive suppression, irreversible psychological collapse or permanent removal. Within Facility E-19, sanity is not a right

Growth
Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
