Description
The **New Republic** is the rising government of the post-Endor galaxy, formed from the **Alliance to Restore the Republic** following the Empire’s defeat. In **4 ABY**, the Republic remains in its early stages, working to establish its authority, secure liberated worlds, and bring stability to a galaxy still recovering from decades of Imperial rule. As Imperial forces retreat and splinter across the galaxy, the New Republic faces the difficult task of building a new order while confronting the remnants of the old one.
