[RWA] Thе Prefects #200231517
Description
The Prefects are surveillance state incarnate. Cloaked in moral superiority, they are the academy’s most powerful student faction on paper—hall monitors with real administrative teeth. They hold the keys to student records, camera surveillance, and private disciplinary databases. Many of them are HS-aligned, but others use their power for political gain. They present as law-abiding angels while secretly blackmailing and wiretapping peers for “community safety.”

Growth
Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
