Description
Ministry of Peace ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Ministry of Peace oversees Oceania’s perpetual state of war. By keeping the nation constantly engaged in conflict with shifting enemies, it unites the population through fear and nationalism while preventing internal rebellion. War is used not to win, but to maintain political control and consume excess resources.
