[R.I.A] [Russian Impact Assault Forces] (Not An Official Faction) Founded on 10/1/15 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ R.I.A were founded in the mid 2030's in Russia. Right after the war ended, They flew over the the USA because they were low on supplies. While they were on there way, they crashed from the "Blast", we crashed into a small city called Pearl Harbor. We never knew where or how the "Blast" hit us.We then awakened After The Flash.We walked miles and miles to walk to Hawaii, an actual populated city.We set up a little camp in the city.
