Description
This is the P.E.F. They are a military investment institutionalized for the defense and colonization of planets other than their home planet, Teloria. The P.E.F. existed for five years before the Telorian United Government (renamed the Telorian Republic) bought them out. The P.E.F. was then revised and transformed into a military group for the protection of Telorian space. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ If If you were recruited by someone, post 'I was recruited by (THEIR NAME) to the P.E.F.' and post that on your profile blurb, then you AND your friend both get promoted.
