OAO Vnukovo Airport Est. 1993 AO Aeroport Vnukovo was bought by a collective of businessmen from Moscow’s Solntsevo District, emerging from the post-left wave of private enterprise. From its early years, the airport grew into one of Russia’s most vital aviation hubs, connecting Moscow to destinations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. Renowned for its strategic importance and global reach, Vnukovo became a gateway between the East and the wider world.
