Hey I'm GunShinka, President of WCIA. Also known as the White Crow Intelligence Agency. Here at WCIA we prioritize in gathering intel of potential to active threats that intend to bring harm to our society. We follow three rules. Seek, study, and Eliminate. Find the target, study the target and when the times is right. We eliminate them. Every mission isn't a guaranteed success. But I do guarantee one thing.
