Reorganize the National Government 🌿改組南京國民政府 1940-1945 March 30, 1940: Nanjing held the 'National Government Capital Relocation Ceremony,' with Wang Jingwei serving as the acting chairman and president of the Executive Yuan of the 'National Government,' and Zhou Fohai and Li Shiqun as main members. The regime was named 'National Government of the Republic of China. Receive the original armed forces of the 'Provisional Government of the Republic of China' and the 'Reform Government of the Republic of China', reorganize them into the 'Peaceful Nation-Building Army', and enlist defections from Kuomintang military intelligence guerrilla forces. By the spring of 1945, the army had expanded to more than 400,000 troops. Establish the intelligence agency 'No. 76'
