Description
Following a revolt against the SCPF, a small insurgency was formed from the original members of Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand". Led by 12 people following the engineer, who has a hole in the head constantly spouting surreal and anomalous prophecies. The C.I serves as the Foundation's major antagonist and seeks to weaponize anomalies in order to create a perfect utopia ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ There's a hole in my head.
