Description
Pacifica, officially the Commonwealth of Pacifica, is a statelet situated on the Pacific Coast of Western North America. After a prolonged civil conflict during the late 1960s and early 1970s, the country declared itself into existence as a nominal parliamentary federal republic, known as the Free State of Pacifica and later the Union of Pacifica. In its current form, the Commonwealth of Pacifica was established in 2027 following the toppling of the previous government's military regime; a series of surprise offensives by opposition forces and dissatisfaction among factions of the country's armed forces led to fall of the country's capital city and ruling government.
