Commanding a massive import and export industry, Bayvine is the undisputed backbone of the maritime economy. Originally established in the early 1800s to combat rampant high-seas piracy and illegal smuggling, the Port Authority has evolved far beyond its humble origins. Today, the Port Authority of Bayvine stands as an independent division. Having total jurisdiction over the taxation, rigorous inspection, and security of all cargo entering or exiting the City of New Baymor.
