Description
The community for the A House Divided unit, 1st Rockbridge Artillery. Mustered in 1861, the 1st Rockbridge Artillery, also known as Pendelton's Battery. The unit comes from Rockbridge County, Virginia. It served in almost every major battle of the Eastern Theatre of the American Civil War. The AHD unit was formed in 2025, originally intended to be a Union artillery unit called Battery B, 1st Rhode Island Light Artillery Regiment. Though in 2026 it was rebranded to 1st Rockbridge, and became an official unit of AHD's Army of Northern Virginia on the 6th of February, 2026. Currently led by Captain LG.
