Description
The Ethics Committee, referred to as EC, is an independent body from the main Foundation with the Committee's Chairman having the same power (on paper) as the O5 Council. This was set up by the Administrator to ensure the Foundation never strayed far from its purpose to be humanity's protector and shield from anomalous phenomenon. Thus the Ethics Committee focuses on maintaining the Foundation's ethical standard, named the Code of Ethics (CoE), to ensure operations are as ethical as they can be. To enforce this, they utilize an army of ethical compliance staff to handle any abuses or violations of the CoE, and employ a designated MTF Omega-1 as a protective security escort as well as a means to decapitate the O5 Command if necessary.
