Roles are based off real business ranks, but a simple understanding for group ranks: Proprietor - Owner/Founder/GH CEO - Co-Founder/Owner COO - Head of Administration Director - Head of Moderation Manager - Administration Individual Contributor - Moderation Employee/Barista - Advanced Member (Basically just role name) Customer - Member If you would like to be an employee just ask.
