Description
Academy Archivists "Through Knowledge, We Preserve." The Academy Archivists serve as the administrative and strategic leadership of the Academy. While Instructors focus on teaching and Service Members focus on support and operations, Archivists focus on the long-term success, organization, and development of the Academy itself. Archivists oversee academy records, training standards, educational programs, and organizational planning. They help determine what subjects are taught, how students are evaluated, and what improvements can be made to ensure the Academy continues to grow and adapt. As members of the Academy Council, Archivists play a significant role in shaping the future direction of the Academy. They work closely with Instructors and Service Members to identify strengths, address weaknesses, and implement new ideas that benefit both current and future generations of students.
