The name "Blood Drinkers" comes from the Chapter's craving for blood, the result of a mutated omophagea gene-seed organ. Though afflicted with a sinister moniker, the Blood Drinkers own an exemplary record and are considered among the most honourable of all Chapters. [This group is currently serving as a force under the Emperor until membership rises]
