Description
Mutant coalition, striving for the goal the first mutants had, wasteland domination. Dating back to the beginning of the Rad X virus, mutants joined in small groups. Some of these smaller groups joined and formed one large group, the Coven. They've taken the very symbol of their curse as their insignia. Taking refuge in the shadows and sewers, the Coven has now shown their face to the world. Consisting of mutants on the verge of becoming feral, and non-feral themselves. When alone, they often act out on their own. When faced with a common enemy, become allies to the end. This is the pact of the Coven.
