How to be Marco The Pheonix [Preferable DF: Pheonix] You must be tested by Elite officer+, must do 3 rounds and win 2 of them. How to be Potgas D.Ace [Preferable DF: Mera] You must be tested by Elite officer+, must do 3 rounds and win 2 of them, if u make the health of the Elite officer 25% or less u will win the round. How to be Diamond Juzo Preferable DF: Diamond] You must be tested by Elite officer+, must do 3 rounds and win 2 of them, if u make the health of the Elite Officer 50% or less u will win the round.
