Description
LORE: After the nuclear war, a certain General of the United States 3rd Infantry Division, General Vasques with his shrinking numbers of soldiers found themselves in a small, seemingly fine town. General Vasques and his soldiers began to be faced with bandit attacks in the town. He decided that he and his soldiers would become the local militia of the small town, to serve and protect its people. "The American People are Americans still, even if the American Government has fallen. We, as soldiers of the United States of America, are obligated, morally and dutifully, to protect and serve the people.
