Based on the reports, she is a woman named Alison Chao, The daughter of Dr. ██████ Gears and ██████ ███ Chao. Alison is highly intelligent, highly driven, and possesses extensive knowledge of the Foundation's structure, their activities, and lastly their contained items that they keep safe and secure. The Black Queen (Alison Chao) has been able to repeatedly to breach the Foundation's security. There are reports of her involvement with most of the major GOI's (Groups of Interest) known in the Foundation's database, but mostly with the group of interest known as the serpents hand.
