And that is the very event that we seek to prevent." - Mr. Krypt The ARC Foundation was a small offsplit of the SCP Foundation that prioritized security and understanding, as well as ethics. It was based in the Federated States of Micronesia, although there are recorded outposts ranging from Russia to France. It was officially recognized in 2015, but inside operations against the executives (especially Mr. Vendetta) sparked vulnerabilities in the Foundation, causing it to collapse. Unrecorded groups of survivors from the "incidents" and failure of the ARC Foundation still exist today, albeit in small numbers. Many of its facilities are inaccessible today.
