Description
"War brings revolution, revolution brings freedom, freedom forges a happy civilization." Welcome to Helkurei: a world built on industrial manufacture to build a better society. We call ourselves a Conglomerate, for we believe that no man is perfect without his sidearm, a uniform and a helmet, and their respect and loyalty to Helkurei. Stuck as an Enlist? Attend trainings and wear uniforms regularly. That's a good start. Still under construction. Emperor Vikari III out.
