Guardian is a Elite Division capable of undertaking virtually any task provided it. Promotion to Guardian requires an Application sent to a unit of the Divisional Commander Rank or Higher, and all those that would Apply must be of Overwatch Transhuman Arms rank or Higher before an Initial Application will even be Considered.
