Description

Founded in the post-war period (1947) under the guise of an academic research consortium, the Nexum Institute operates across 31 countries with no publicly acknowledged headquarters. It has never issued a press release. Its name does not appear in any government registry. For over 70 years it has known about the infection — catalogued it, studied it, and kept it sealed in IC-SUTHERBY-9. Until something changed.

Written by the group; not a statement by this register.

Growth

9 measurements spanning 72 days, net -4. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 75–82 and does not start at zero.
